I acknowledge that Nirmaan.org and the event organizers will take all necessary precautions for the participant(s) safety but are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
Rules of the Game:
I acknowledge that the participant(s) will adhere to the rules of the game and show respect to umpires, fellow players, and event staff; and in the event of any disputes, the umpire’s decision will be final and binding.
Dual Category Participation:
I acknowledge that the participant(s) can enroll in both singles and doubles categories by registering separately.
Equipment & Travel:
I acknowledge that the participant(s) is to bring their own rackets and non-marking shoes, and we will be responsible for our own travel arrangements and expenses.
Media Consent:
I grant permission for the participant(s) photos/videos to be used by Nirmaan.org for promotional and awareness purposes.
