The tournament is open to boys, girls, men, and women across three categories: Under 15, Under 18, and Open (18 years and above). Each category features both Singles and Doubles events, and players can choose to compete in one format or both.

The tournament features Singles and Doubles across the following categories:

• ➤  Girls (Under 15 and Under 18)
• ➤  Boys (Under 15 and Under 18)
• ➤   Open Men (18 years and above)
• ➤  Open Women (18 years and above)

Age groups:

• ➤   Under 15 (born Oct 2011 or later)
• ➤   Under 18 (born Oct 2008 or later)
• ➤   Open (18 years and above)

Junior players (Girls and Boys) compete within their age group, while Open Men and Open Women is for players aged 18 and above.

The entry fee is ₹600 for Singles and ₹900 for Doubles (per team).

You can register for the tournament through the link. Please fill out the registration form and pay the entry fee.

Registration for Minors: Upon registration form filling, an acknowledgement email will be sent to the provided email address of parents. Nirmaan team will review the details and in case all details are in line, the confirmation email will be sent to the email address shared in the form. In case of any errors in the registration form, Nirmaan team will contact the number shared in the form for rectifications/ revisions and if the errors are not rectified within 7 days, the registration will stand canceled and the registration fees will be utilised as proceeds towards the cause of girl child education.

Registration for Open Category: Upon registration form filling, a confirmation email would be sent to the email address shared in the form.

The tournament is limited to 200 registrations to ensure smooth scheduling and execution. Slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is recommended.

Yes, a participant can enroll in both formats ( singles and doubles), registering separately for each.

Yes, Non-marking shoes are mandatory to play. Participants can either bring their own Badminton Racquets and Non-Marking shoes or they can avail it on rent at the venue @Rs. 200/- + 18% GST per item up to 4 hours on the day of the event.

Refreshments will be provided by the organizers. Participants should bring their own lunch.

Yes, winners and runners-up in each category will receive trophies, medals, and certificates. All participants will receive a certificate.

In the event of any disputes, the umpire’s decision will be final.

Yes, parents, school staff, and other supporters are welcome to attend and cheer for the participants. Entry to the venue is free for all spectators.

No, participants are responsible for their own travel expenses.

All funds raised go toward providing 100 cycles for 100 girls in rural Telangana. These cycles give girls a safe, reliable way to reach school, helping them stay enrolled and continue their education when distance would otherwise force them to drop out.
