We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help with event organization, promotions, outreach activities and assist with logistics for the tournament. Whether you’re passionate about social causes or looking to gain hands-on experience in event management, this opportunity allows you to give back in a meaningful way while developing valuable skills.
Volunteering Opportunities
1. Student Ambassadors:
Purpose: Student Ambassadors will act as champions of the tournament in their schools and communities, encouraging peers to participate, promoting the event’s cause, and building excitement.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Tournament Participation
⤑ Spread awareness through classroom talks, registration desks, and school club partnerships to boost participation across categories.
Promote the Cause of Girl Child Education
⤑ Highlight the tournament’s goal to support underprivileged girls' education.
Social Media Engagement
⤑ Share event posters, countdowns, and registration links on social media.
Fundraising Support
⤑ Encourage participants to set goals and raise funds.
Event-Day Support
⤑ Assist the organizing team with registrations, participant coordination, and match schedules.
2. Event-Day Volunteers:
Purpose: Volunteers will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the event, providing support across various operations on the event day.
