Terms and Conditions:

1. We value your privacy information, so your privacy information will be protected. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy when making online registrations.
2. When registering our account, users shall provide the personal registration information. The contact information is only used to get in touch with you when necessary.
3. The information you provide to us is not given or sold to any outside party except for the race organizers and partners. Your email address is used only to provide you with an order confirmation and to communicate event-related information with you.
4. Provide us with a secure email address that you can access regularly, as this will be our primary means of contacting you during the run-up to the event. We shall not be responsible in any way in case of emails getting blocked by your domain.
5. Your phone number is used to contact you in case of a problem with your registration and race-related information.
6. Please choose the event carefully; confirmed registrations shall be non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified in any manner whatsoever.
7. We will be sending regular updates to the mobile number you have provided in the registration form. This should not be treated as spam, and you shall not take any action against our bulk SMS service provider. In case of any information being missed out by you due to the activation of DND services or any similar service, we won’t be liable in any manner whatsoever.
8. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the participants.
9. By registering, you take full responsibility for participating in the Nirmaan Charity Badminton Tournament and do not hold the organizing committee or society or other organizing persons or entities responsible for any injury or accident.
10. You shall consult your physician and undergo a complete medical examination, at your sole cost and expense, to assess your suitability to participate in the event.
11. You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, arson or terrorist threats, and all other risks associated with a public event.
12. You agree that organizers of Nirmaan Charity Badminton Tournament and associated companies and partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event.
13. You agree and acknowledge to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety.
14. You acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by organizers, partners, or any other company in connection with the organization, promotion, and administration of the Event and for the compilation of statistical information.
15. Any health problems during or after a run, the event organizers and event location owners will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
16. You confirm that your name and media recordings taken during your participation may be used to publicize the event and you have no objection with respect to such publicizing of such media or details.
17. If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent/guardian of the child and that he/she has your permission to take part in the event. You further concur that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if he/she was a major.
